How to Replace Sugar with Honey in Baking

For 1 cup of sugar:
1. Use 2 tablespoons less than a cup of honey
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
3. Furthermore if there are other liquid ingredients in the recipe, reduce any one ingredient by 3 tablespoons.

Note: The flavor and texture will change but only for better. Use a mild flavored honey in the start. Due to the viscous nature of honey, the baked goods will be more moist and dense.

How to Store Pancakes

To store pancakes without losing their freshness, once the pancakes have cooled down, wrap them up in a plastic sheets/bag. Make sure that there is plastic sheet between every two pancakes. Store these wrapped pancakes in the freezer.

To eat frozen pancakes, simply remove the plastic sheet and heat them in microwave without defrosting first.

How to Make Self Rising Flour
