To store pancakes without losing their freshness, once the pancakes have cooled down, wrap them up in a plastic sheets/bag. Make sure that there is plastic sheet between every two pancakes. Store these wrapped pancakes in the freezer.
To eat frozen pancakes, simply remove the plastic sheet and heat them in microwave without defrosting first.

How to Peel a Garlic Easily
- Take two bowls of the same size (avoid glass bowls).
- Place the garlic in one of the bowls and invert the other over it such that they are in line.
- Now shake the two bowls up and down for a minute of two. You will feel the garlic hitting against the opposite sides of the bowls.
- Remove the inverted bowl from the top. The garlic would have peeled off itself.
- Repeat step 1 to 4 if the garlic is not peeled yet.
