  1. Honey instead of sugar 
  2. Canola oil instead of butter 
  3. Rice flour instead of wheat or plain flour
  4. Margarine instead of butter
  5. Olive oil and coconut oil instead of vegetable oil
  6. No calorie sweetener instead of sugar
  7. One percent milk instead whole milk
  8. Half or half-and-half milk instead of cream
